LED Warning Light Assembly Process
Our LED warning lights are assembled through a systematic production process to ensure reliable performance, stable quality, and long service life.
In our assembly workshop, each production step is carefully controlled by experienced workers. The process starts with wire harness installation, where the cable harness is accurately positioned and securely fixed onto the LED
PCB board to ensure stable electrical connection and durability during operation.
After wiring, the LED light modules and mounting poles are assembled, followed by functional testing to check brightness, flashing modes, power connection, and overall performance. Each unit must pass inspection before moving to the next stage.
The next steps include magnet installation, housing assembly, and bottom cover fixing. Components are carefully installed and tightened to ensure the lamp structure is strong, waterproof, and suitable for different vehicle applications.
After final inspection, finished products are cleaned, labeled, and packed individually. The products are then placed into cartons with proper protection to ensure safe transportation and delivery to customers worldwide.
Through a complete assembly process — wire fixing → LED PCB assembly → pole installation → electrical testing → magnet installation → housing assembly → bottom cover fixing → product packing → carton packing, we provide reliable LED warning lights with consistent quality for automotive, truck, construction, agricultural, and industrial applications.
